The experiences we encounter throughout our lives, relationships and careers tend to shape us as individuals. In turn, organizations are built on a collection of individual experiences from their respective leadership team. It is my belief that the most successful individuals/organizations are those who remain accountable for their actions and cast an exemplary shadow.
It is my belief that leadership is not defined by your title, awards or accomplishments. Leadership is about influencing others to put forward their best effort and inspring them to realize their full potential. I consider corporate politics, lack of professionalism, entitlement and selfishness unacceptable behaviors which symbolize weak leaders and crippled organizations.
I built Hidden JEMs with the expectation that it would become a leader in the industry through dedication and perseverance. Furthermore, I expect Hidden JEMs to remain a leader for generations to come through consistency, integrity and creativity.
